We are proud to preserve and display our pioneer heritage to the public.
Take a step back in time to see where we came from
The pioneers were crafty folk. Wreaths like these were often made in commeration of loved ones who had passed. This intrinsic design was hand craft with real human hair!
The objective of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers is to preserve our pioneer heritage and to honor the names and memories of those pioneers who came to Utah prior to May 10th, 1869. This is the date when the Union Pacific and Central Pacific railroads married together the west coast and east-central states joining in Utah.
We desire to educate our children and other descendants to appreciate their heritage and those who built the place we call home.
